由貨代聯(lián)系及組織各部門關(guān)員參會(huì)，由相關(guān)關(guān)員落實(shí)各部門工作
內(nèi)容、對(duì)接及配合注意事項(xiàng)有效開展。

I. coordination meeting held by customs, civil aviation group, local service, border defense and pre control center
The freight forwarder shall contact and organize the customs officers of each department to attend the meeting, and the relevant customs officers shall implement the work of each department.
Contents, docking and coordination precautions shall be carried out effectively.

二、海關(guān)旅檢科備案：
航空公司自行遞交材料：此項(xiàng)由承運(yùn)航司負(fù)責(zé).

II. Record of customs inspection department:
Materials submitted by airlines themselves: the carrier is responsible for this.

三、民航集團(tuán)
1、艙單和理貨
2、辦證事宜：人員通行證、消毒車輛及通行證（身份證、行駛證、駕駛證原件及復(fù)印件）
3、貨代或企業(yè)簽訂地面服務(wù)協(xié)議

III. civil aviation group
1. Manifest and tally
2. Card handling: personnel pass, disinfection vehicle and pass (original and copy of ID card, driving license and driving license)
3. Freight forwarder or enterprise sign ground service agreement

四、清關(guān)工作
?買方所需提供資料：
報(bào)關(guān)委托書、減免稅表、合同、發(fā)票、裝箱單、提單、瀕危物種允許進(jìn)口證明、進(jìn)境動(dòng)植物檢驗(yàn)檢疫證證明。
?賣方所需提供資料：
日本出口許可證、日本輸出國(guó)檢疫證明書、健康證明書、原產(chǎn)地證.
備注：活體在到達(dá)的第一時(shí)間要進(jìn)行清關(guān)完結(jié)，協(xié)調(diào)會(huì)的工作開展是特別重要的，以上的資料及工作都需要在到達(dá)前完成或準(zhǔn)備好。

IV. customs clearance
Data required by the buyer:
Declaration power of attorney, tax exemption form, contract, invoice, packing list, bill of lading, import permit certificate of endangered species, import animal and plant inspection and quarantine certificate.
Data required by the seller:
Japan export license, Japan export country quarantine certificate, health certificate, certificate of origin.
Note: the customs clearance of the living body shall be completed at the first time of arrival. The work of the coordination meeting is particularly important. The above information and work shall be completed or prepared before arrival.

3. 國(guó)外檢疫證明書

4. 國(guó)外原產(chǎn)地證

5. 瀕危物種允許進(jìn)出口證明書CITES
